For this new edition, the resort will welcome a prestigious sponsor: Yoann CONTE, two stars in the Michelin Guide. Its emblematic dish is based on Féra du Lac.
We will have the pleasure of welcoming famous chefs to his side:
- Lionel Rodriguez, 1 star in the Michelin Guide, is the chef of the Palace des 3 Couronnes in Vevey (Switzerland). He has a particular fondness for the fish of the lake which he cooks "in land and sea" with local products.
- Eric Prowalski, chef at the Trésoms d'Annecy, received the coveted "Prix de la mer" award from Marc Esquerré.
- Jean-François Vasseur, chef at Jiva Hill in Saint Genis Pouilly, his favourite dish: Arctic char, which he works in a net.
- Patrice Vander, the Royal in Heritage. For its 110th anniversary, Hôtel Royal in Evian wishes more than ever to refer to the "legendary dishes" of this unique palace on the French side. Patrick Vander won his star 2 years ago, mainly for the quality of his work with fish.
On the festival program: demonstrations and cooking classes, culinary challenge of the cooking and table arts schools, challenge of the elected officials, the frosted breakfast, market with local producers, star party without forgetting the competition of the shop windows of the resort's merchants....
